By ordering or registering on Elos Skateboards, you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. We may contact you about updates and new products from time to time. You can opt-out of these updates by unsubscribing via a link and we will remove you from communications.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Elos Skateboards reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Elos Skateboards reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Your credit card or Paypal account will be refunded in the event that your order is not accepted.

All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Stock levels displayed to you reflect the last known update, and stock availability is subject to change. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Liability

Elos Skateboards is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by Elos Skateboards are estimates only. Elos Skateboards will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage related to late deliveries. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery address. Elos Skateboards cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Acceptance of The Goods

The supporter is responsible for inspecting the goods for faults and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Change of Address

Elos Skateboards cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address confirmation is given on the Review & Buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please contact Customer Support immediately. We will update any incorrect order details upon your request. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.

Warranties

All Elos Skateboards are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This means that Elos Skateboards will repair or replace, at our discretion, any Elos Skateboards product that is defective. This is the only condition covered by Elos Skateboard’s warranty.The warranty does not cover breakage due to wear and tear, improper installation of components, wrong foot positioning while landing tricks or intentional breakage.The warranty does not cover normal wear and abuse. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, death, loss or damage, direct or consequential arising out of the use or inability to use this product. Before use, the user must determine the relevant product for their needs before use and assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package according to the destination state. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in US Dollars.

Refunds & Returns

Elos Skateboards will provide goods that are:

Of merchantable/functionable quality

Match the description given

Are free of significant defects and faults

If the goods sold do not meet these conditions, we may offer to repair, replace or refund at our discretion.

If goods are to be returned, they must be in as new of a condition as possible with packaging and tags still attached.

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Elos Skateboards can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Elos Skateboards reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, Elos Skateboards shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

Elos Skateboards shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Elos Skateboards shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
