We will make significant efforts to deliver high-quality Elos Skateboard products to all of our online customers. All skateboards have a 6-month warranty. If an item hasn’t met your expectations, we will proceed with the exchange or refund process upon your request via email within 7 days of purchase, provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original package attached.

From there, our representative will contact you to discuss the request and issue a return or exchange if required. Please note that there are no exchanges or returns for orders placed after 7 days of purchase.
If the goods sold do not meet the following conditions:
- Of merchantable/functionable quality
- Match the description given
- Are free of significant defects and faults* (See definition below)
We will happily offer to repair, replace or refund at our discretion. You are not entitled to a refund, credit or exchange if you have changed your mind, no longer want the goods or just don’t like them.
If goods are to be returned, they must be in as new of a condition as possible with its original packaging and tags still attached. When returning goods, please contact our support team via email regarding correct return procedures.
*Faults: faulty goods are included when the shipped item has serious damage such as board breakage, wheel mismatch, and etc. Please note that small scratches or dents on the hand-made wooden board are not considered as faults nor the loosening of screws due to shipping. Please take a picture of your faulty goods and contact our customer support directly to access further assistance.

Receiving A Refund
If the product is to be refunded we will process the refund to the payment information you supplied to purchase your order, and process the refund within 3 business days after we receive your returned goods. If a product is to be exchanged, after we receive your returned goods, the exchanged item will be issued and resent out to you within 3 business days excluding the manufacturing process and packaging time (7-10 business days).
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account and will include shipping costs for the defective items and the shipping costs for the return.
As a young startup, we hand-make every board to order and make every effort to satisfy our customer’s needs. At our current stage, we cannot guarantee the color accuracy between digital photograph displayed on the product page and the actual goods since computer monitors vary.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment package to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
